Spending time in a workshop is always of benefit, whatever age you are. For children these workshops are a chance to handle reals and equipment, learn to do so safely and come away with a tangible product to be proud of. For those who already have a passion for making things, each of these days will be an opportunity to master new techniques and machinery with expert guidance. Come alone or with a friend and be assured that you will leave with a new view of your own abilities.
This holiday programme is for those who love to make things. It's for those who like using real tools, appreciate sawdust and enjoy getting just a little bit dirty. Choose one or more workshops from the schedule, 9:30 - 2:30 each day.
For kids of primary and secondary school ages, choose from make your own toy (first day) or make your own birdbox (second day) or both.
